The psoas muscle may be the most important muscle in your body. It's one of two muscles that connect the upper half of the body to the lower half. Running from the lower back through the pelvis and inserting into the inner thigh, it allows you to walk and climb stairs.

As it often gets tense, the aim of this sequence of the day is to loosen it up. Before you get started, you'll need two blocks to complete the sequence.
