Point Me to My North Star

In this sequence of the day, loosen your hamstrings, open your hips and stretch your sides in order to achieve the peak pose, Compass. Start with Half Pyramid, Pyramid, and Standing Split, and move on to Lizard, Pigeon, Gate and Revolved Head-to-Knee, among other poses. Finally, finish with three variations of Compass Pose. Chia-Ti provides modifications for each pose along the way, in case of injury or limitations.

also Chia-Ti giving all the different variations is such an amazing assist while learning and the best part is she is gives us direction towards what we don't want to feel and exacting where we want to feel the stretch while ....explaining when we may go to far.. preventing injury. great teaching.

it is extremely helpful how much Chia-Ti explains the positioning of every part of the body during each pose.. love this!
