I am in love with this ! i enjoyed the 1st trimester so much, now the second is wonderful! It is enjoyable and gentle and take it at your own pace. sometimes i do the whole thing, sometimes i just do parts and rest while she does the other sequences. Listen to your body. Be gentle and enjoy the process. <3
