An International Yoga instructor since 1995, Jenny Cornero has a background in communication and journalism. When exploring Yoga in San Francisco, CA, Jenny discovered the discipline that would influence her life.

A graduate of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Vedanta in The Bahamas, she lived as a karma yogi, teaching yoga and working in the yoga community while searching out new spaces to awaken and transform her consciousness. Cornero believes that the soul of yoga drives the human civilization. This led her onto a new path, one with a renewed mission to spread yoga around the world.
