Meditation is key to overall good health with mental, physical, emotional and spiritual benefits! This practice begins in a sitting meditation and then moves into a deeper savasana relaxation for deep healing.

If you find the lotus pose difficult to get in to, you can form a simple cross legged position or place a pillow under your tailbone for support. Or if you prefer, you can sit comfortably in a chair.

What a great meditation ! Thank you. I woke up feeling restless and couldn't even focus on my yoga practise when I decided to drop everything and meditate.I am feeling awesome ,calm and focussed now.
