Just tried the Lean Legs and like it very much. Sorry but new here .... where are the 30 min HIIT exercises that are recommended above? Thanks Jordan:)

Hi Jordan, Glad you enjoyed it ... There are 4 HIIT (HIgh Intensity Interval Training) videos in the program, Lean Legs, 10 Minute Abs, cardio fun, Whole body burn and Arm Sculpt.. It is recommended to combine these videos and work up to doing a max of 30 mins 3 x per week. All the best and stick with it!

Hi again Jordan, I thought I'd also give you a suggested weekly program to follow:


Monday - Yoga Bod Warm up + Lean Legs (work up to doing the video 3 X through)
Tuesday - Leg Love
Wednesday - Yoga Bod Warm Up + Arm Sculpt (work up to doing arm sculpt 3 x Through)
Thursday - Arm Love
Friday - Yoga Bod Warm up + Whole Body Burn (work up to doing it 3 x through)
Saturday - Cardio HIIT + Ten Minute Abs + Core Love
Sunday - Rest
