This first class will teach you the nuts and bolts of yoga. You will get a feel for yoga as well as learn the basics, allowing you to build a strong foundation. We will explore deep breathing, practice beginner yoga postures with optional props and modifications, as well as learn safe, physical alignment. Start now, exactly as you are, and experience what yoga is all about! Please bring along a yoga block, yoga strap (or a belt works), and a folded up blanket or towel. You can still practice this class without these props, but they are very helpful for beginners, if available.
