So many people think they cannot do yoga because they are tight or cannot touch their toes. If that is you, please disregard that thought and try this class anyway. You can do this, and it will help you! Regardless of your level of flexibility (or inflexibility), you will learn modifications with and without the use of yoga props to help your body and mind experience less tension and more freedom. To get the most from this class, please practice the first 2 classes in the Yoga 101 series at least once.

This was my 3rd yoga class and I have really enjoyed the instruction that is clear and easily paced with lots of reminders. My right knee has issues (arthritis, bone on bone) so it's difficult to bend correctly on a few stretches but you adaptations really helped. Your encouragement is very helpful too....as we start to tip over!! :-)

Excellent and thorough instruction, just like the first two classes. For me, it was quite a challenging class but afterwards I felt relaxed and refreshed - and looking forward to doing the rest in the series. Thank you, Jackie.
