OMG, a little miracle might have just happened. I'm so used to having a pain in my calves as if I were a marathon runner. and to my surprise, today I didn't have it! The only thing different that I did was this class. At first, I thought the class was too long, but now that I had these unexpected results I'm inclined to do it again and research other classes of this series. Even after a massage, my calves still hurt a little, and after this class, they don´t. Incredible.
