I refrigerated overnight and the next day the cashew cream looked brown and had separated. Was it the accidental tomato I tossed in or is this one of those dishes that need to be eaten right out of the oven?

I definitely want to cook this during the Holidays! But my aunt and myself have hard time to digest garlic. Do you have any suggestions for a substitute? I know garlic is great for flavor, and I would be sad to lose this part of the dish. :-)

Looks brilliant! Going to try preparing it with the leek, as some of us allergic to mushroom.. :-(
