Can't wait to try this broth. Can I ask when you add the broccoli heads please? I don't recall seeing you add them in the video. You added the stalks but said you'd add the broccoli heads later - when is later?

Thank you

I love her dishes these no two ways about it, however coming from a juicing back ground wouldn't you be killing all the enzymes and nutrients out of it having it boiling for so long?

Hi Rick! If you choose to boil your vegetables, we recommend that you simmer the vegetables on the lowest setting of heat possible. And when making this recipe or any vegetable broth, it would be best to look for fresh vegetables and use them as soon as possible. Lastly, eat some raw and some cooked vegetables every day :) ~ Jasmin

Hi Rick, Awesome question... for me I love fire. I am a chef. And I love what I teach. My programs.... I have separated into 3 groups cooked, raw and 1/2 and 1/2 I believe in food and many ways of preparing it. Trust yourself to flow where fits best for you.

Thank you Chef!!! I'm celebrating one year fully vegan (while I love all animals with all of my heart, I love how I feel without dairy and eggs [ok, vetoed eggs when I found out what they did to day old baby boy chicks...] but found they did give me a helluva tummy ache... and I could give or take meat before I made the lifestyle change) and these last three videos have inspired me!!! You're awesome!!
