FMTV - Vanilla Latte

Vanilla Latte

Series: Simple Vegan Classics | Episode: 4 | Runtime: 3m 45s | Release date: 2012

Another one of Jason's favorite breakfast recipes is a Vanilla Latte. Fantastic transition if you normally consume coffee as it is caffeine free and bursting with nutrition.

Hi Gina,I couldn't find the Shilajit powder or Gynostemma tea at Woolworths or Coles but a lot of places sell them online. Look here https://www.google.com.au/?gws_rd=ssl#q=shilajit+powder&tbs=ctr:countryAU&cr=countryAU and here https://www.google.com.au/?gws_rd=ssl#cr=countryAU&tbs=ctr:countryAU&q=Gynostemma+tea. Hello Gina, you may check your local health food stores. Alternatively, you may check shilajit here: http://www.longevitywarehouse.com/catalogsearch/result/?cat=0&q=shilajit As for the tea, you may use any mild tea :)

Is this lactose/ milk intolerant friendly? Not familiar with the ingredient as well as I also live in canada . I love your website but had to substitute lots of your cacao with carob instead .
