I have been doing a cold shower finish daily for almost a year and a half. The journey was interesting to watch unfold. Noticing how something as simple as cold water and what it triggered was so very intriguing. A transformative practice to be sure!

In the video at ~4:25 he says, ..."We are exposed all the time to viruses, bacteria and ?"

I've watched it a half a dozen times and still can't make it out.

Beata, I start with warm shower, then the cold. It seems I can withstand cold longer and longer the more I do the routine. Now when I am in the cold I can feel my body compensating by getting warmer from the inside. I am amazed how long I can be in the cold.

Cold showers become addictive. I finally gathered the courage to just do it and I am overjoyed with the decision. Cold showers now for over 1 month!

Out of interest Ken, are you only having cold showers or you start warm and finish really cold?
