Wow, this is the best lesson! Jim has put so much into such a short space of time, and in a simple easy to understand manner which has such an impact. I will be listening to this again and again, to remind myself how to keep on top of things. Loved the knowledge that the brain can keep generating new cells til the day you die, if you give it the means to do so.
