FMTV - Time is Art

Time is Art

Runtime: 89m | Release date: 2015

The feature documentary film follows the journey of a writer, compelled to make sense of the mysterious and powerful energy she felt at her aunt’s deathbed. Considering herself a skeptic, a series of strange coincidences leads her on an exploration of synchronicity – the concept that everything is interconnected and that time is not so much a chronology as it is an infinite cycle.

Compelling conversations with fellow seekers Toko-Pa Turner, Richard Tarnas, Graham Hancock, Amy Lansky, Daniel Pinchbeck, and Rupert Sheldrake, as well as artists and activists, guide us through the underlying premise of the film: perhaps we can tap into a way of being that is not ruled by a finite sense of time, but rather by the ability to live in harmony with the true creative nature of our existence.

loved it, seeking knowledge and being curious about re-occurring numbers or dreams is the foundation to self discovery

This has now become one of my favorites... Very helpful. I totally resonated with the lady seeking clarification on the meaning of her experiences and thoughts. I so badly want to spend time following and searching this path that I know is there, but am afraid of people thinking I've lost my marbles. This film has reminded me that with my one short life, finding my spiritual compass, purpose, and becoming more aware and conscious should be of upmost importance to me, and opening up the possibilities for my son new ways of thinking and being in the world so he can understand the deeper meanings of life and progress himself further into a new world consciousness should also be of upmost importance.

It's such a shame to have so unsynchronized subtitles in a movie about synchronicity. As a no native English speaker, it was very annoying to me and lost a big part of the meaning of this brilliant movie.
