NutriBullet University is a 90-day healthy eating program that empowers students to take control of their health and change the way they eat. Over the course of 90-days, students are provided fresh produce, nuts, and seeds to make their personalized smoothies or what we call NutriBlasts. Through this hands-on experience, students are given a chance to change their health and reprogram their taste buds, a task which is not always easy. At the end of the program results are in. Were students able to change their health for the better?

Such a terrific program for the kids. I wish it was compulsory in all schools.

Hello Anne. FMTV is a video on-demand streaming platform. It's like the Netflix for health and wellness. That means that you do need an internet connection to view most content. There is one exception; if you are an Android user, the FMTV app has a feature where you can save videos to your offline playlist to watch later. They will remain available in your offline playlist so long as you have an active subscription to FMTV. Please stay tuned as we might have this feature for iOs users soon! :) ~ Karelle

What a great initiative. I'd love to run something like this in organisations I work with. So many corporate workers could benefit from a blast a day too!
