FMTV - The Ultimate Morning Tonic

The Ultimate Morning Tonic

Exclusive on FMTV

Series: Teas and Tonics for Sleep & Stress | Episode: 1 | Runtime: 01m 44s | Release date: 2017

This segment features: Rachel Morrow.

Serves: 1

Why it's so good for you:

It takes a little more than just opening your eyes and splashing your face with water to wake up the body. Our bodies are a complex system and one of the best things you could do for your body upon waking is to rev up your digestive system!

Rehydrate and get things moving with this, the Ultimate Morning Tonic. Turmeric and ginger are well-known for their healing benefits such as stimulating the digestive system, anti-inflammatory properties, and cleansing properties, just to name a few! Lemon and apple cider vinegar are the perfect ingredients to help kill bacteria, naturally decongest any mucus buildup while helping to balance the body’s pH levels.

Add some cayenne pepper and cinnamon to really fire things up! A great tonic to sip on in the morning to wake and invigorate the body.

Featuring:
Rachel Morrow

i tried this a whle back and found it quite unpalatable, but I'll give it another shot. One uestion, though, in the video, she sais to sip on it throughout the day but the title sais Ultimate morning tonic. Aren't we supposed to drink it all in one go? Like warm water with lemon? Cheers

Hi Marco! Of course, you can kickstart your day with this tonic but you may also have this during the whole day or between meals depending on your own preference. ~ Jasmin ❤

Would it work to make a larger batch of this to store in the fridge? That way it would be ready and easy in the morning before work. Maybe for 5 days worth?

Hi, I have the same, videos labeled (teas and tonics for sleep and stress) don't play. I deleted the app and reinstalled, but nothing changed as well. Some other videos don't play as well. Is there anyway to fix this?
