The Gerson Miracle

Runtime: 91m 21s | Release date: 2004

This film features: Charlotte Gerson.

The Gerson Miracle introduces us to the physician who developed The Gerson Therapy more than 75 years ago; a therapy that has proven to cure cancer and most other chronic and degenerative diseases. Through his own painful struggle with migraines, Dr. Max Gerson conceived a treatment based entirely on nutrition and the body's own ability to heal itself. He cured his migraines and summarily concentrated on other methods that prove to naturally boost the immune system. This is the real miracle.

Nine current and former patients speak passionately about their successful recoveries from the most deadly cancers. Their first-person recovery stories are the greatest testament to the therapy's efficacy. And it is through Dr. Gerson's daughter, Charlotte, that the therapy is still alive in the face of almost insurmountable opposition from the American Medical Association and most major pharmaceutical companies. This film offers a path to a healthier life, in tune with our bodies and environment, not in conflict with them.

What The Film Covers

  • Dr. Max Gerson's life story
  • The link between farming and disease... and health!

Intense on so many levels. I've directed many people to research Gerson Therapy and I always hope that people take my advise. I am not vegetarian, yet, but I do see in myself as one in the future. I eat meat occasionally and in small amounts, as I believe that one of the biggest mistakes the masses make is the over consumption of meat. Thank you once again for sharing this documentary, and as always, I wish this could be shown on mainstream tv and in schools everywhere.

I do not know why but it constantly amazes the arrogance and greed of the American medical system (among others) who knowingly prohibit cures like the Gerson Method from the public I do have a question if anyone knows the answer. In the film, around (30:00-32:00, they mentioned that Dr. Gerson chose coffee enemas because organic coffee imbibed by a person would be too much for a person to handle. This is where I am confused, Lots of people take in more than a pint of organic coffee a day What am I not understanding? Thank you! Carol
