What a brilliant film . I totally believe nature and the planet holds the answer. One slight problem though I do not live in the beautiful environment shown, in fact not much sunshine here in the middle of the uk.
Trying to work out how to get started myself with my own physical health as it is at the moment as I have health conditions that limit mobility .
I unfortunately live in a very techy household with lots of wi fi not sure how the rest of them will feel if I try to switch it off :)

Excellent documentary! No wonder I always feel so good and supercharged naturally when I am surrounded with water. The beach, the lake, waterfalls, swimming at the pool ,walking in the rain, or strolling barefoot on the lawn full of dewdrops. I feel like the energizer bunny, now I know why! I always feel drawn toward water for that simple reason, the energy I get from it!! Nature is amazing!
Thank you for all of those great informative videos FMTV you are the best!

Fantastic! I’m really getting into Qi Gong and love it but can’t get my head around Qi!!!! Is Supercharged basically talking about what the ancient Chinese called Qi??? 😀

Hello Clare, yes, in a round about way, supercharged is talking about Qi! The film is all about taking your health to the next level, by activating your hidden energy and performing to your best ability. In traditional Chinese culture, Qi or ch'i is believed to be a vital force forming part of any living entity. Qi translates as "air" and figuratively as "material energy", "life force", or "energy flow" :) ~ Pauline

I really enjoyed the film. Unfortunately, I had an accident when I was 27 yrs. old and I lost a leg, I was a pedestrian and a car ran over me. I was in and out of surgery for 3 yrs. I am not telling you this because I want you to feel sorry for me because I am tough and I don't want anybody to feel sorry for me. I was an athlete before I had my accident. I ran at the beach in the water and in send, anything that would challenge me. I also did whitewater canoeing in a kayak and I also did a little mountain climbing in Tennesee. I can't do what I use to do but I still go to the guy, do Qi Gong and meditate. My movements are still limited. If you have any suggestions PLEASE let me know.
