This is so easy and is a pumped-up version of my Perrier with lemon. I'm having this today and serving it with light snacks for the family. I've gotten them onto fruits and veggies with a little protein already (and no store-bought, sugar-laden soda) - but this will undoubtedly help keep the trend going. I wonder about adding a bit of lime, as they do like a lemon-lime kick to the soda. Thank you!

Can I use coconut vinegar and receive the same benefits of this drink?

Hi, Mary. Yes, you may just do that. While apple cider vinegar has a lot of nutritional benefits, coconut vinegar may actually be more than what you ask for with regards to nutrition. You just want to make sure you get coconut vinegar made from the coconut sap, not the water :)

Hi, Thanks for the video. What other variety of vinegar can we use instead of apple cider vinegar? Can we use plain vinegar?

Hi Harmeet, Thanks for the question! Apple Cider vinegar is mild with the slightest flavor of apple which would work best with this recipe. Other kinds of vinegar may be too overpowering and hard to drink - :)
