Does the recipe call for canned coconut milk or the carton coconut milk which is more watery?

Hello Mai. We recommend making your own coconut milk. 1. Simply heat water until warm, but not boiling 2. Add shredded coconut and warm water to blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. 3. Strain the blended mixture using butter muslin or a nut milk bag. :) However, if unsweetened shredded coconut is not available, you can use a canned coconut milk. Be sure to read labels before purchasing one. Enjoy the recipe! ~ Karelle
