FMTV - Super Juice Me!

Super Juice Me!

Runtime: 93m 59s | Release date: 2014

This film features: Jason Vale, Jon Gabriel.

The world is facing a "pandemic" of chronic disease - heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, asthma, kidney and liver disease, Alzheimer's, autoimmune diseases, allergies and skin conditions, and much, much more.

This year, more than 36 million people will die from degenerative conditions - more than all other causes put together (World Health Organization) and that number is expected to rise to over 50 million within 15 years. At the same time, the amount spent trying to treat these diseases with pharmaceutical drugs is expected to rise by 50% to more than $1.2 trillion!

What if all of these diseases were actually caused by just one thing, and the remedy is so cheap and easy to obtain that you could buy it with your weekly shopping? What if this remedy is so safe and effective that you don't need to visit a doctor to get it prescribed and, in fact, you might not need to take any other medication ever again? What if this remedy is so simple, yet so revolutionary, that it could destroy the foundations of two massive industries whose entire economic existence is based around keeping us unhealthy and addicted to their products?

One summer, Jason Vale took eight people who collectively suffered from 22 different chronic diseases and put them on his ‘Juice Only’ diet for 28 days. Could these different diseases with their many different prescribed drugs be improved and even cured by one thing?

Maybe it’s time to get Super Juiced!

Featuring:
Jason Vale

Thank you for this video! I would go to this place if I had money. Just a question not sure if someone did it in the past but, should I juice all my lifetime, or I can also eat something solid, like legumes or some organic meat/fish?
Thanks in advance for your reply. I am doing this for two reasons, one loose weight but it really isn’t so many kg, and for healing CFS (chronic fatigue disease, with its all pains and aches).
Love, Silvia in Barcelona.

Hello Silvia, juice is a great " addition " to your healthy diet. Moreover, we don't believe there is a one size fits all approach to the 'perfect diet' - everybody is unique and needs to eat accordingly. Listen to your body and do what makes it feel good. We encourage you to do some research into all of the dietary theories, experiment with them and choose what works best for your body. Do you get the same result in terms of nutrition if you blitz the veg in water in a nutri ninja? Or does it have to be through a juicer??

Hi Hayley! Thanks for asking us about this. You may use your blender, just place a nut milk bag or any strainer you want to use on the top of a bowl and pour the blended fruits or veggies through it. Squeeze with your hands until all the juice is in the bowl. Hope this helps! ~ Jasmin

Letting the gut rest by eating a ruffage-free diet can help so many medical conditions.

As we're learning more about the gut and the healthy bacteria which live there, we're learning these are a very big part of our immune system. We're also learning that these bacteria need fiber to live, and not all bacteria 'eat' the same types of fiber. So if we want a diverse population (which we do), then we want to eat a variety of foods which contain fiber.
--> I wonder how and when this juicing program begins to add fiber?

Hi Annette! Thanks for connecting with us. Juicing is a process which extracts water and nutrients from produce and discards the indigestible fiber. So, freshly extracted juice is full of soluble fiber, vitamins, minerals and a stack of phytonutrients all designed to feed and nourish. Hope you check out the new The Food Matters 7 Day Juice Cleanse for a fully guided 7-day juice cleanse program: https://www.fmtv.com/programs/the-food-matters-7-day-juice-cleanse. Happy juicing! ~ Jasmin ❤
