Super Juice Me!

Runtime: 93m 59s | Release date: 2014

This film features: Jason Vale, Jon Gabriel.

The world is facing a "pandemic" of chronic disease - heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, asthma, kidney and liver disease, Alzheimer's, autoimmune diseases, allergies and skin conditions, and much, much more.

This year, more than 36 million people will die from degenerative conditions - more than all other causes put together (World Health Organization) and that number is expected to rise to over 50 million within 15 years. At the same time, the amount spent trying to treat these diseases with pharmaceutical drugs is expected to rise by 50% to more than $1.2 trillion!

What if all of these diseases were actually caused by just one thing, and the remedy is so cheap and easy to obtain that you could buy it with your weekly shopping? What if this remedy is so safe and effective that you don't need to visit a doctor to get it prescribed and, in fact, you might not need to take any other medication ever again? What if this remedy is so simple, yet so revolutionary, that it could destroy the foundations of two massive industries whose entire economic existence is based around keeping us unhealthy and addicted to their products?

One summer, Jason Vale took eight people who collectively suffered from 22 different chronic diseases and put them on his ‘Juice Only’ diet for 28 days. Could these different diseases with their many different prescribed drugs be improved and even cured by one thing?

Maybe it’s time to get Super Juiced!

Very good; however, this documentary is explaining that we can stop or rid ourselves of chronic diseases through juicing and other forms of healthy eating, yet right in the middle of this documentary is an advertisement for Lypintol...hmm....how odd is that?

Hi Teresa, I'm sorry for the confusion but, that part of the film is only to portray what is actually happening in America (the large amount of Pharmaceutical adverts on TV). It is simply showing what they are promoting and the fact that no attention is being drawn to living a healthy lifestyle the natural way and getting back to basics. Hope this clarifies the confusion :) ~ Iris

I believe in juicing ... but I also believe in fiber and so use a Vitamix for juicing. Something about wasting all that fiber doesn't sit well with me ... and no, I've never made those delicious muffins 'they' say can be made with the fiber left over by the juicing process. You see, I tend to incinerate any item of food to which I apply heat. Anyway, this film is inspirational. Juicing Forever. But Fiber Forever, too.

Thanks for the comment, Susan! Opting to blend also ensures you keep all the goodness of the produce in your smoothie. Much love and raw power! ~ Jasmin 💚

WOW!! What an inspirational film!! - Just added a juice box to my normal fruit and veg delivery service whilst watching the film. How many juices a day on average do you have during a juice fast?? Also what about iodine consumption for the thyroid?
