Ashwagandha is considered as one of the most important adaptogens in the Ayurvedic system of medicine. It is the 'ginseng of Ayurveda', and has been used to improve physical energy and athletic ability, increase immunity to colds and infections, and increase sexual capacity and fertility.

Astragalus is another one of the most popular herbs used in the Orient; the Chinese name for astragalus is Huang Ch'i. Astragalus is regarded as a potent tonic for increasing energy levels and stimulating the immune system. This is a tonic producing warm energy and specifically tonifying for the lungs, spleen, and triple warmer meridians.

Banana Flakes from the Longevity Warehouse are sources from the sweet fruit of sun-ripened Ecuadorian red bananas. Red bananas are low fat and sodium free. They are also a good source of fiber and potassium, and a great source of vitamin C and B6. They are cholesterol free.

Serves: 10-15 balls

I agree with Michelle. Amazing!! I've been making these for a few years. It took awhile to gather together all the ingredients, but well worth the wait. They are really tasty.
