Hi there,

Just curious. How many calories would there be in a juice like this one?

Hello Karina, we do limit posting the nutrition information on our recipes as we believe it's more important to focus on the quality and variety of the ingredients used, rather than counting calories or macronutrients. Hope this helps :) ~ Joyce

What is the reason for not adding greens powder to juices but stirring it in at the end. I will likely use a nutri bullet and typically ‘throw it all in’ for ease. Thanks Glen

Hi Lupita, are you doing the 7 Day Cleanse? If yes, please feel free to increase portion sizes of meals, have another juice, smoothie or soup if you are feeling hungry. You may also supercharge your smooothies & soups with quality fats & proteins which will help to keep you fuller for longer. You may also add in on some of our recommended snacks between meals, found on the FAQ section of the workbook. Hope this helps :) ~ Iris

I have been making all my "juices" for this cleanse and everyday for the past few years with a small blender ( magic bullet type) so it's not a juice and keeps all of the fruit and/or veggie. How does it differ/ matter, as oppose to using a juicer?

Hello Michele, great question! Juicing and blending play an important role in any wellness program and have their own benefits. We have put up a great article explaining the details of both. Please head here: https://www.foodmatters.com/article/juicing-vs-blending-which-one-is-better. Hope this helps :) ~ Jori
