You showed up on my screen through FMTV just at the right time. I have been struggling with a foot impediment that limits my ability to stand or walk for more than 1/2 hour each time. I am a 60 y old woman. Due to this limitation I have gained weight and lost mobility. I just did the 4 sessions and it was great! Thank you soooo much.

Made it through the session. Yeah! 31 mins 103 avg heart rate 135 max heart rate and burned150 calories.
I enjoyed this workout even though im limited.
