Great info, except tofu is un-fermented soy and not so good for us.

So pleased I have been able to watch some of Susan's recipes this morning. Trying to get into more raw food and she certainly makes it all look easy and interesting.

Thank you. I have been trying to learn about how to eat like this. I printed the recipes and will go look for sprouts and dulce. Your food is beautiful!

What is luscious seeds spread?
Team member | FMTV | 4 years, 5 months ago
Hi Susan, it is freshly ground nuts and seeds which is available in the refrigerated section of your local natural foods store. You may also use almond cheese if it's unavailable :) ~ Raziel
