Please can you tell me whether you can you eat berries still frozen - or do you have to defrost them first? It looks such a lovely easy recipe.

I’ve never eaten yogurt so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this was surprisingly good! I added extra berries to the coconut yogurt and omitted the sweetener. Delicious!!

Thank you Food Matters. So many new and good ideas to try. I've made the Smashed Avocado Quinoa Greens twice already. I like sautéing the greens in Coconut Oil and the easy way to serve avocados. I'll now look for Nori and coconut yogurt and activated nuts, all new to me. And I love the simplicity of the recipes.
