Hi Arti, we used one from our local farmers market. You should be able to find one in your local health food store, just check the ingredients to make sure that they are preservatives & additives free. Hope this helps :) Enjoy! ~ Iris

I am wondering if Hummus can be frozen as I'd like to have some small portions to hand /taking to work. Would anyone know :)

Hello Valinda, yes you can freeze hummus. Make sure you store in an air-tight container. Also ensure that you do not fill the container all the way as the hummus expands as it freezes :)

Add a little cumin to hummus - it adds to the flavour and importantly prevents wind which is a problem for some people
