Qi Gong was recommended as a way of reducing stress in our FB group today and although I'd seen this when it was released, I'd never tried. Its actually harder than it looks, Mimi makes it look effortless, but my legs are feeling a good workout. Thanks FMTV for providing such a varied range of exercises for us.

The movements are simple but produced a burning and shaking in my legs and a heat throughout my body.
Deceptively hard work and enjoyable. Thank you
