This is a great practice and I really enjoy the learnings peacefully placed during the exercises ; this is really enjoyable and I feel nicely balanced and energised afterwards ; Is there going to be more episodes ?

Hi Linda, there really is no right or wrong, we all learn in different ways. If you are more visual learner you will find it very useful to see the moves as you do them until you feel confident enough to try them on your own. Remember, just by doing the practice and taking the time to better your health is already an amazing achievement. 🌸 ~ Iris
