FMTV - The Eighteen Forms

The Eighteen Forms

Series: Qi Gong Flow | Runtime: 35m 32s | Release date: 2018

Mimi presents these Eighteen Forms using fluid, unbroken movements and visualizations that help us connect more intimately to the elements of the natural world and its harmonious state of balance. The Eighteen Forms (Shibashi) sequence is an excellent routine for beginner and advanced students of qigong. They work with qualities of meditative awareness while building strength and flexibility. They also are designed to promote health and balance in the body's organ and meridian systems.

Thanks Wendy! As we do not have an offline feature in our website yet, we are somehow happy to inform you that we have recently released an android app which allows you to save a video and watch it offline. We are hoping to have this in our other apps as well in the future :) ~ Joyce

Wonderful! really enjoying all of her sessions. Are there suggestions as to when we should be doing which program? Same program daily? Alternating daily etc?

Hi Jeewon, it is a personal preference and about finding what works best for you. You could start with alternating days between the two programs and slowly work your way up to doing both daily or just stick to the program that you feel the most benefit from. But just know by taking the time for yourself, you are already doing a great service to yourself ❤ Enjoy! ~ Iris
