Should one do the "Warm Up For Meridians" routine before the "Five Element session; or can each session be done independently of the others?

I'm finding it interesting that I yawn throughout the Five Element session, I can only assume this suggests that my nervous system is relaxing, I can also feel the hairs on my arms (?), so I find myself calm and aware. Nice, I really like feeling this way.
