During your 3rd and final trimester, your energy often shifts again as the baby is growing fast and your dimensions are changing in a big way. In this class we focus on preparing the body for birth and gently building strength in our foundation. I found my greatest strength during this trimester; I felt like a warrior carrying life, along with a strong connection to all my goddess sisters.
Your mind and body are preparing for baby's transition from within to without. Birth is a natural and spiritual experience. Yoga will help to ease not only lagging energy, relieve stiffness, aches, and pains, but also give you mental clarity and a sense of trust that your body knows how to birth easily.
