Hi, I made this on the weekend, very delicious. Gave some to my daughter in-law as she wasn't feel well. We both noticed the recipe that is in the 21 day challenge talks about the benefits of ginger but the recipe doesn't have ginger in it. ???

HI Francis! Please accept our apologies for this oversight, you are right there is no ginger in the Potassium Balance Broth but you may use this for the Ginger Lemon drink instead. ~ Jasmin

Just made this using the onions and leeks. It is delicious!! I used celtic sea salt for an extra mineral boost, and I did end up using more salt to taste at the end and added some fresh ground black pepper. This would also be great with homemade chicken bone broth in place of the water, to add even more minerals and a savory flavor. I will try that next time. But overall, this is healthy, tasty, and I will make it again.

Why are the written ingredients different from the video presentation? They also differ from the recipe prepared on the Total Wellness Summit. Are there different purposes for these recipes although they are all called Potassium Balance Broth?

I noticed that too. Onions and leeks are not in the video but are in the written recipe.
