I read the China study a while ago , although I became a mainly whole food plant based eater (with Occasional fish) 20 yrs ago. I love the trial results and the difference it made to those people's lives. But I also believe in each person doing what is right for their health. This way of eating has been good for me .

Hi Helen, we don't believe there is a one size fits all approach to the 'perfect diet' - everybody is unique and needs to eat accordingly. Listen to your body and what makes you feel good :) ~ Ivory

I read the China Study some years ago and was already vegetarian. Through losing some family members to cancer treatment and personally needing antibiotics daily for a lung condition, I studied nutrition and concluded I needed to go ORGANIC and preferably vegan. I have recently been able to stop relying on the antibiotics and reduced the inhaler dose, although it has taken a lot of work including trial and error. I am in the UK where I have a greenhouse now to grow microgreens and salad leaves all year round so that I can pick fresh each day. I applaud what Nelson Campbell is doing and wish him every success.
