Let yourself drift away to a tropical paradise with this pineapple and mint combo, and say "aloha" to improved digestion!

Serves: 1

Why it’s so good for you:

Pineapple is also rich in bromelain, an enzyme that helps to breaks down protein and reduces inflammation in the body.

A delicious way to support your digestive system!

I have a centrifugal juicer which unfortunately does not seem to give me much juice from the leafy greens so very expensive to put much more in. any tips on how to extract more or would defrosted spinach work as it's so much cheaper here in the uk. thanks.

Hi Beryl, for this recipe, it is best you use your juicer. If you do not have one, using your blender is also okay. You may add a little more liquid to the ingredients. You may want to try using coconut water :)
