Hi....I just wanted to say that the Paleo Bread is an absolutely lovely bread. It is easy to make and so delicious. You can just grab a slice and munch on it and of course, it is good with the eggs, avocado and sauerkraut. Thanks much for sharing this recipe with us.

Three eggs was too much for me. I have high cholesterol is it safe to have that many eggs? My bread was kind of flat don't know what went wrong.

Hi Iris! Great question! Eggs are an amazing source of nutrition, there is so much power packed inside that little shell!! They contain complete protein, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D and E), Vitamin D, lutein and zeaxanthin (just to name a few). But just to make sure, you can opt to scramble your silken tofu over a medium heat on a pan. Best regards, ~ Jasmin 🌹

Hi! What would be the best substitute for arrowroot and almond flour in Paleo Bread recipe?

Hello Diana. You may use chickpea flour as a replacement for arrowroot flour. Coconut flour is also a good substitute for almond flour. :)

Hi Joy! You can store it in a brown paper bag or let it just sit on the counter. Don't use plastic wrap or a bag because it will soften the crust and preserve the moist interior. Hope this helps :)
