Hi Haydee! Please make sure to cook eggs thoroughly. Raw and undercooked eggs may contain bacteria that can make you sick. If this persists, you may try the alternative recipe we have indicated in the handbook. Sending you healing thoughts! ~ Jasmin

Hi Veronica! You may omit the Sauerkraut for now but just remember that probiotics are important so we suggest doing this in advance. Good luck with the program! ~ Jasmin

Hi....I just wanted to say that the Paleo Bread is an absolutely lovely bread. It is easy to make and so delicious. You can just grab a slice and munch on it and of course, it is good with the eggs, avocado and sauerkraut. Thanks much for sharing this recipe with us.

Three eggs was too much for me. I have high cholesterol is it safe to have that many eggs? My bread was kind of flat don't know what went wrong.

Hi Iris! Great question! Eggs are an amazing source of nutrition, there is so much power packed inside that little shell!! They contain complete protein, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D and E), Vitamin D, lutein and zeaxanthin (just to name a few). But just to make sure, you can opt to scramble your silken tofu over a medium heat on a pan. Best regards, ~ Jasmin 🌹

Hi! What would be the best substitute for arrowroot and almond flour in Paleo Bread recipe?

Hello Diana. You may use chickpea flour as a replacement for arrowroot flour. Coconut flour is also a good substitute for almond flour. :)
