Our Common Roots

Runtime: 102m 4s | Release date: 2012

A film by Glenn Axford and Marjolaine Forest-Axford. Written and presented by Chad Cornell. The film is a cinematic blend of nature, music, narration and on location plant walks covering over 35 healing plants and the holistic philosophy behind their use. Health and vitality can be achieved through integrating the best of both modern and traditional methods.

Chad mentioned a workbook to look at during the video. Is there a resource workbook that goes with this?

Hi Glenda! Thanks for writing in. Although this is not available on FMTV, you may connect with the filmmakers directly about the workbook. Please check this page on how you can do this: https://ourcommonroots.com/contact-us/. Hope this helps! ~ Jasmin

This is absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Chad. And thank you representing this little city in the middle of the continent we call home. Regardless of where you live, healing medicines are everywhere. Mother Nature is here to heal us, she’s always here for you. When my friends or family are feeling lost and depressed, I always tell them to go hug a tree and you’ll feel better. Another great doc to watch is Grounded. Thank you 🙏

I will watch this a few times as I work in nutritional consulting. I have studied some courses through Wild Rose College under Terry Williard. I love that he walks us to the plant and talks about their spiritual side.
