How important is it to have room temp water? I gag if any of my drinks are room temp. Has to be hot or very cold

Hi Kelly, room temperature or warm is best as it aids the digestive system and makes the process of eliminating the waste products from the body easier. We wouldn't suggest using hot water as this will kill off the heat sensitive vitamin C. Hope this helps ❤️ ~ Iris

Hi Andrea, you may use cucumber, zucchini or jicama as an alternative. Please check out this link here for a list that you can use as a substitute: https://www.rebootwithjoe.com/juicing/substitution-guide/. Hope this helps :) Happy juicing! ~ Iris
