Hello,
Could you please let me know what kind of Yoga is it. I do love the slow pace. Each time I want to attend a class, I feel like attending a fitness one with no spirituality where everything has to go fast!

This was truly amazing work out . I did the morning routine and felt so connected with myself and the universe. This routine was easy to flow for I have difficult with movement and I found myself be able to do these without so much pain. I will continue with the evening and flow routines and see where this journey takes me . Food matters is an amazing site and I am enjoying all the movies, documentaries , detox and now yoga I am feeling happier and healthier each day.

Wow I felt like on such a high afterwards! Strangely like I had some sort of deeper connection with my self and my surroundings. If your reading this and have never tried yoga before I promise at the end you will have this blissful moment of peace and of love xx

Hi Katrina! I haven't watched your video yet, as I'm just adding some to my list to "watch later", as in make it part of my routine in the mornings if it works out for what I need it to. But what got me looking in the first place was trying to find a good, safe way to start building my muscles back in my stomach after 2 children. My youngest just turned 1, and I believe I have a mild case of diastasis Recti. My core is very weak right now! I understand you should not do sit ups or planks when trying to heal diastasis Recti. Any suggestions? Do you think I should try your yoga videos out with my situation? Thanks a ton!
