Hi, I am a member over a year, and each time I re-watch the expert’s videos I get amazed. Dr Ian views and information is just excellent and eye opening;

FMTV I hope you will continue with this kind of contributions. Your work is much appreciated around the world. My question would be about the vitamin C; which one to take? Do you have any advice on this; both for oral one and IV? Thank you again for your great work!!
