I could listen to David all day long ... He is amazing .... Imagine if he had a raw food boot camp for a whole week ! ... I would certainly love to do this :)

Is David always this enthusiastic I wonder ? He makes sense and it's obvious that he practices what he preaches. 2 litres of water upon waking is a lot. Surely this depends upon your size and weight ?

David AVACADO Wolfe is a God-send. The quality of my health has improved greatly since I saw his Longevity Conference 2 years ago. His videos are great. This, however, is by far the best and simplistic information on detoxing from the bowels. :)

So hard to drink 1 to 2 litres of water on rising...,.. having 3 glasses at the moment and will gradually increase...... some great advice thank you :)
