Hello there :) Transitioning to a healthier lifestyle is a big change and may seem overwhelming at first, however, it is all about gradually making small changes. Try to focus on adding as much nutritious food as possible into your diet, particularly fresh fruit and vegetables. This method, referred to by David Wolfe as 'crowding it out' takes the focus away from cutting out things you consider to be unhealthy and focuses on a positive change. Fill your diet with fresh and whole foods that are organic or homegrown where possible. Try to include some fermented foods, fresh juices, filtered water and raw food if possible. If you want to find out more information on any of these topics, head to our sites and use the search bar to find past articles. Also, sign up to our newsletters to receive the latest news! Good info - mind set to making the right choices. Food should never be used for what it was not intended - comfort.
