Hello,

could anyone tell me which herb he was referring to to heal the stomach lining and ulcers ?

I thought he was referring to reishi, but isn't this a mushroom ?

I couldn't quite understand it, as English isn't my native language.

Many thanks in advance.

Dr Ian Brighthope, brilliant man, great reputation. It is a great shame those who say they care for the people of this great Nation do not take Dr Brighthope seriously.
I agree with everything Dr Brighthope says down to the fact that we do need the medical profession, more importantly we need to listen to our own bodies and combine natural therapies with medical care where required for a long and healthy lifestyle.
Thank you Food Matters for this very informative module with Dr Brighthope
