How do you prepare a coffee enema? What kind of coffee do you use, regular, decaf, light or dark. whole bean or ground?
Do you make it as you would make regular coffee in your coffee maker or differently?
I'd appreciate a response.

Hi Richard, as we are filmmakers and not health practitioners we are unable to provide individual advice. We suggest seeking the opinion of a holistic health care provider as they will be able to provide advice specific to your individual circumstance. You can access our Food Matters Health Practitioner Guide here: Additionally, here's an article on this topic that you might find useful: Hope this helps :) ~ Iris

When Charlotte Gerson says meat protein causes gout, does that include protein from dairy products, too?

Hello! I am a firm believer in the benefits of a proper diet, of juice fasting and the problems with medication often prescribed for every possible ill.
I am an American living in Sweden and looking for people in Sweden who are actually understanding all this. I would also like to find places in Sweden that promote raw food and juice fasting. Of course we have a problem in this northern climate - not a good idea to juice fast when Winter and Cold weather sets in. Perhaps you have a database that gives names of people in Sweden who follow this website? A notice to these people to suggest setting up networks?? - in other countries too! Would be good to know of any Groups that already exist. Is there a Gerson center in Italy - understand a daughter lives there... Appreciate any help on these things... Janet

If you are still looking, check out detox international... they are fantastic and regularly have participants from Norway/Sweden and all over Northern Europe.

Thanks for sharing Charlotte. One question I have is regarding the fruit sugars. With a lot of documentaries going on now with juicing, even the Raw-Mazing one with people with diabetes put on juice diets people have had their insulin reduced. Something about fruit sugars, fructose eaten with the fruit itself isn't as devastating to the body. Would love to know your opinion on this now after this documentary and if you would still not advise/suggest whole fruit to diabetics.
