I feel I've just heard yet another wonderful sermon from my favorite, most brilliant health and common sense food guru, priest, minister, rabbi, etc. We all must learn to take what David is saying to heart.

I totally agree. We must focus on solutions and strengths. It is how change will happen. There is a shift occurring and FMTV is proof of that!
