Greatly appreciate the information shared by Professor Brighthope. Much to ponder...changes to be made with regards to vitamin intake as well as general dietary choices. I'm fascinated with the Vitamin C info.

I had no idea that low levels of folic acid cause congenital disorders like cleft lip. My son has one and I was told at the time that 1 in 800 babies are born with a cleft lip or palate and that it's just a random occurrence. So good to know.

My dear antidepressants will make a cleft lip or palate and tetracycline will bring on arthritis and Peudo Tumor Cerebri. Other antibiotics like cipro will deform arms. We really don't get all the info. FMTV is a God send. Blessings
