I loved this. I will definitely try to be more mindful in my daily practice. Even just the simplicity of with your breath, or when drinking tea or washing your hands realizing where that water came from and how blessed to have it come out a faucet a the simple turn of the tap.
I also loved the information on telomeres, that mindful meditation practice can increase telomeres lengths in as little as 3 months. Amazing discovery.

A simple film, but it clearly talks about what mindfulness is, and how to practice it. I particularly enjoyed the parts where they talked about how to be mindful when processing anger and frustration.
