A simple film, but it clearly talks about what mindfulness is, and how to practice it. I particularly enjoyed the parts where they talked about how to be mindful when processing anger and frustration.

I love the gentleness of delivery and clear teaching of this most excellent skill - my heart feels good just hearing this mathod of unraveling our lives to learn what we need to to be healing through remaining centred with equanimity on mindful action thought and practice - a big thank you
