Bring yourself into a comfortable seated position, on a chair or on the floor. Lengthen yourself through your spine, creating more space in your body, with your hands in a comfortable position. Observe and become aware of the parts of the body that feel tense and the ones that feel free. Playing the role of witness, observe the sensations you feel and gradually come into a deeper relationship with your body.
