Find a comfortable place to sit, gently close your eyes, and begin breathing in, inviting a sense of calm, and breathing out, releasing any tension. When the feelings of desire or wanting creep in, be mindful of them, allowing yourself to feel them and not simply push them away or act out that urge or craving.
