Why It's Good For You:

The chia seeds are high in omega 3 fats, essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium and zinc, B vitamins, fiber and antioxidants. The coconut kefir is a source of caprylic and lauric acids, substances that feed beneficial gut microbes. Maca is a wonderful food for balancing hormones and is very beneficial for reproductive health.

Lovely. Any idea how long this could be stored in the fridge for? For example could I make a weeks worth all in one go, store it and take one out each morning?
